Terms and conditions of refund
If it is construed as being our fault that your casino party failed we will refund your money in full. If the reasons are considered to be beyond our control then the guarantee will be invalid.
All you need to do is ensure you follow our simple steps to guarantee a great casino party.
- Step1: Make sure the fun money is distributed to your guests early in the evening and they are aware of the prize. We are happy to post fun money to you in advance of your event.
- Step 2: Ensure that the timing of your event is correct to maximise playing time and there is adequate space and lighting. We can bring lighting with us if required and we are happy to offer advice on this.
- Step 3: Offer a prize and let your guests know what it is. This creates a competitive mood and encourages guests to play, not that they always need it.
- Step 4: Make sure we have early access to the venue so we can set up tables in plenty of time. Generally we can set up three table in less than half an hour. Our normal policy is to set up one hour before play commences. We allow plenty of time for travel but traffic can cause problems but we do try and allow for this. We cannot offer time guarantee on all parties especially in central London.
